Powerhouse Helper Park
A building with an unprecedentedly powerful character! Powerhouse Helperpark is one of the largest projecten of Waarborg Vastgoed (delivery early 2020). Our ambition from the start was to create a multifunctional object for working, living and fun. And we succeeded.
A result to be proud of
We built Powerhouse Helperpark with the latest knowledge in sustainable development and are more than proud of the result: Powerhouse has become a unique building with no less than 1,450 m2 of office space, 75 luxury apartments and 4 penthouses. And all that close to the city center of Groningen, in a vibrant place, close to nature!
