Peizerstate
An 8-storey (co-) Waarborg development located on the ring road of Groningen. Since its construction, the office building has been further refined and owned for more than a decade. A textbook example of how to successfully transform an office building into a multi-tenant building that feels like a second home with shared meeting, conference and gathering spaces.
