Facility (interim) management
The service team of Waarborg Vastgoed consists of specialists in the field of facility services for office and business housing. Based on multi-year sustainable maintenance forecasts (MJDOPs), our service team brings and keeps buildings in optimal condition, so that residents can focus on their business and work.
The Waarborg facility team manages and participates in specialist painters, carpenters, roofers, E&W comfort installation specialists and green workers. Every job is done well, completely and quickly.

Real estate (interim) management
The Waarborg Vastgoed team consists of experienced and well-trained real estate experts. We are familiar with the legal principles, rental and sales contracts and the various real estate management packages. The real estate management team has contacts with real estate agents in the market, but also independently carries out rental and sales activities on Funda. In addition, this department is active in the purchase of buildings and/or locations.

Financial (interim) management
The financial team of Waarborg Vastgoed consists of professional employees who work on developing financial forecasts and providing analyses of experts, capital providers and (institutional) banks, both nationally and internationally.
