With ''Us Mem'' on the sidewalk, Zuiderplein is a well-known building in Leeuwarden. It houses one of the most visited ING bank shops in the Netherlands. The two buildings with a total surface area of 4,800 m2 are located between the station and the center of Leeuwarden. It has undergone a complete metamorphosis after the first start of the banking crisis in 2009. From ING as a single user, the building has been converted into a collective building for more than 20 residents/companies. Often innovative, always driven. And after thirty years, it has entered the next round, on to 60 years! And that will certainly succeed with the new proud owners!
