Tabakko is a building in which existing construction is combined with new construction. The original building consisted of two floors; Waarborg Vastgoed realized a topping over the entire surface of the building. In addition, the section on the right side of the building was demolished, in order to realize a new, modern extension there. The building got four residential floors in total, which together account for more than 4,100 m2 of floor space.

Ultimately, 56 rental apartments were built in the Tabakko residential complex, ranging from 50 m2 to over 70 m2. The smaller residential units in the building are approximately 50 m2 in size and consist of a living room with open kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and a bedroom.
