Taking lessons with the history of almost a century ago surrounding you on the one hand, and all modern facilities within reach on the other? That is possible at Waarborg-object Hoendiepskade 23/24: formerly the hub of the city as the Princess Juliana domestic science school, now home to the Groningen University College.

A national monument in a new guise

Hoendiepskade 23/24 is a beautiful building, built in the characteristic style of the 1930s. But: the building also looks completely modern at the same time. Waarborg recently renovated it completely and tastefully furnished it as a study and office space. The style? It is inspiring, dynamic and relaxing. Suitable for the pioneers of the future!
