One of the oldest buildings in our portfolio is the former Huishoudschool at Hoendiepskade 23-24 in Groningen. An extraordinary building in 1930s style in the middle of the city. A building that Waarborg is proud of!
In 2014, Waarborg completely renovated the former school building: the result is a beautiful, modern complex with a special appearance. We have carefully preserved the charm of the building, which was originally designed by the architectural firm Kuiler and Drewes.
As a national monument with a central location and external allure, Hoendiepskade 23/24 is a very attractive location for companies that value visibility.
